About

Exploring new places is always fun and exciting. If you’re gluten-free, it can bring new marvels and also some anxiousness and hard work to scope out what’s available to you. Having just moved to Vermont in August, 2012, this blog was started as a chronicle and resource to all things Gluten-Free in the great state of Vermont… and beyond, as I tend to travel a lot. Your own observations and contributions to this blog are welcome, so please be in touch.

Hi! My name is Jocellyn and I recently moved to Waterbury Center from Burlington. I was wondering if there was a way for us to work together. I’ve been gluten free for two years and I love looking for satisfying gluten free goodies for occasional treats.

    Thank you,
    Jocellyn

Do you have a list of restaurants that have gluten free menus or options? Also, it would be nice if you explained who you are in the about section. A small bio maybe.
